Permanently flexible matte ground. Can be applied to a wide range of surfaces including raw canvas, wood and paper.
No prior sizing needed.
High carbon black pigment content.
Excellent hiding power needing only one coat application.
A second coat may be needed for extremely absorbant surfaces.
Water content may swell canvas fibres and give the surface a coarser surface.
To smooth, lightly sand with flat-faced pumice
stone and apply a second priming coat.
Drying time: 30-60 minutes to touch dry. Full drying: 72 hours.
Thinning
For best results thin with distilled water.
Clean Up
Clean brushes with warm water.
